Completely unexpected was the sight of a bus on Shude Hill. A very snatched shot from Commercial Street of Sheffield Community Transport Volkswagen Crafter SN58BZF working on a shuttle service between Ponds Forge and the Childrens Hospital.

During my visit in late May buses were replacing trams between Cathedral and Sheffield Station. At the Cathedral end the terminus for tram replacement route G6 was St James Street, not a road I have ever seen buses on before, so shots had to be taken. Most of the buses used on this route had recently arrived from Stagecoach Strathtay and were still carrying route branding for route 73. 19653 (SP60DPV) is seen here at the temporary stand on St James Street.
